Sumosan’s first Alpine hub in the heart of trendy Courchevel 1850 within Six Senses Residences blends minimalist Japanese design with nods to its Alpine location.
Our brief was to design the full base build of the development in keeping with the restaurant’s immediate surroundings, as well as the design of the interiors, furniture, art work and joinery.

Pulling in elements of the stunning landscape and drawing on oriental textures and patterns, the palette is deliberately muted with accents that complement and do not detract from the cuisine as the main event.
